Customer Success & Operations for  Impossible Foods

Overview

As a week-long project during my Praxis Bootcamp, I worked to improve Impossible Food's customer success and operations. Impossible Foods is a US-based company that offers meat made from plants. The intent of this project was to practise my value-creation muscles, so I can be an extraordinary hire for my future employer. 

 

My idea was to implement a chatbot that would conveniently connect website visitors to the customer support team. Below is some copy I wrote for the chatbot.
